J. & D.’s Connection

Yesterday was a scorcher…a beautiful day that was shaping up to bless us with a beautiful night for photos. About 10 minutes before the session was to start, a storm rolled in and cast an ominous cloud over our session location. We drove out to the location hoping to miss the storm, but as we were driving it felt as if we were driving into the eye of the storm.

After a 1/2 hour of Storm Chasing later…or rather…storm running, the much needed sun came out and we were able to continue with the session! J. drove in from Vermilion and D. flew in from work for the session, so it was a relief…thank you sun!

I went to school with J. back in my home town of Vermilion. She hasn’t aged a bit and still carries that wicked smile and sparkly bright blue eyes. She’s engaged now, to her love of 9 years. I must say, they are a very cute couple. They are full of laughter, and carry with them the kind of love that can only come after knowing someone for years. Congratulations you two :)

This is their connection…
