SubscribeI love this Christmas Classic. It sends me right back to being a kid again watching it with my sisters while we sprawled out by our real-tinsel-covered Christmas Tree. However, we did not have a Charlie Brown tree, my Dad always picked a nice full one (however, it was always so dry by the time we took it out of the house that our house was covered in needles for months after)

December 17, 2008 - 11:21 am - I think the Grinch was always my favourite. We're into movies now - Scrooged and A Christmas Story are kind of standard fare at our house!

December 17, 2008 - 11:25 pm - The Grinch is one of my faves (the original)--I love the lyrics to the song "you're a mean one, Mr. Grinch." And Boris Karloff is a genius. My drama kids are doing a staged reading of it this weekend at the theatre! And I used to watch Sound of Music this time of year. I loved it. In our house, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is very big. It's fun to watch the old ones with our kids. Great memories.
